摘要
研究2种增糖增产剂对2个甘蔗品种的糖分积累及与糖分积累相关的酶活性和品质性状的影响。结果表明,甘蔗品种GZ18和ROC28喷施2种增糖增产剂后能够相对提高甘蔗叶片的过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶和中性转化酶活性,并对酸性转化酶活性产生抑制作用,说明喷施增产增糖剂有利于2个甘蔗品种的糖分积累;品种GZ18喷施增糖增产剂①的增糖效果比喷施增糖增产剂②的效果好;而对于品种ROC28,喷施增糖增产剂②的增糖效果比喷施增糖增产剂①的效果好。
The effects of two kinds of sucrose-yield promoter on sugar accumulation, key enzymes in sucrose synthesis and quality traits of two sugarcane varieties, vlz., GZ18 and ROC28, were studied. The results indicated that the activities of peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase and neutral invertase in the leaves of two sugarcane varieties sprayed with two sucrose-yield promoters were relatively higher than those of the control sprayed with water, while the activity of acid invertase was lower than that of the control. It indicated that spraying sucrose-yield promoters was beneficial to the sugar accumulation. The sugar content of variety GZ18 was higher after spraying sucrose-yield promoter that contained Yeguodan compared to that of spraying sucrose-yield promoter without Yeguodan, while in variety ROC22, the results were contrary.
