摘要
根据测量误差理论，对天荒坪抽水蓄能电站水平位移监测点的监测方案及监测精度进行了深入的讨论，并根据目前大坝安全监测常用的仪器设备，提出提高精度的有效观测方案。
On the basis of surveying error theory. the paper deeply discusses the monitoring methods and the accuracy of com-itoring at the plane displacement monitoring points at Tianhuangping pumped storage power station. On account of the com-monly used instruments for dam safety monitoring at present. the authors put forward a surveying method for improving mon-itoring accuracy.
