摘要
改革开放以来,伴随着经济的高速发展,我国耕地资源大幅减退,尤其在城市化快速推进的地区,耕地保护问题已成为实现粮食安全、生态环境保护和社会经济可持续发展的关键控制点。以成都市为例,对城市化进程中耕地资源减少的原因进行分析,在此基础上探讨了耕地保护的对策和建议。
With the rapid economic development, the cultivated land resources has decreased greatly in China, especially in the regions with quick urbanization since the reform and opening up. The cultivated land protection has become one of the critical control points to realize the food security, ecological environmental protection and sustainable development of social economy. Taking Chengdu as an example, the reasons of the decrease of cultivated land resources are analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are discussed.
