摘要
目的:探讨清热化痰祛瘀法治疗精液不液化症的疗效。方法:选门诊病人97例,采用简单随机法分成西药组47例,中药治疗组50例。观察治疗前后精子密度、精子活动率、精子活力等变化。结果:中药治疗组在提高精子活动率、精子活力方面优于西药治疗组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:从痰、热、瘀论治精液不液化症,疗效明显。
Objective：To observe the effects of the method of clearing heat, reduce phlegm and removing blood-stasis on the treatment of patients with semen unliquefaction according to related indexes. Methods： 97 patients were randomly divided into control group of western medicine 47 cases and of treatment group of Chinese medicine 50 cases. Sperm density, sperm motility, sperm motility and other changes were measured before and after treatment. Results： To compare two groups, the effect of western medicine group was better than that in improving sperm motility and sperm viability （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM has good effect in treating semen unliquefaction through clearing heat, reduce phlegm and removing blood-stasis.
