摘要
利用液相化学沉积法,研制出了一种宽波段的红外特种光纤,并对该光纤的膜层结构和光谱特性进行了实验分析。研究结果表明:通过控制碘化时间和碘化温度,可以提到光纤膜层的光滑度,增大光纤的透过率。实验制备的红外传能光纤实现了3~12m的宽带传输,且在10.6m处透过率高达70%。
A wide-band infrared optical fiber is fabricated by liquid-phase chemistry method. The property of silver and silver iodide-plate and their spectrum characters are analyzed. Experimental results show that: by controlling the time and temperature ofiodination, the smoothness of the plate and the transmission efficiency can be improved. Wide-band infrared optical fiber with transmission band from 3 μm to 12 μm and transmission efficiency as high as 70% at 10.6 μm can be realized.
