摘要
氟比洛芬酯是临床上广泛应用的也是惟一具有靶向性的非甾体消炎药,现就其镇痛机制、镇痛特点、超前镇痛的临床进展等三方面进行综述,并对国内使用后出现的不良反应进行归纳。研究发现氟比洛芬酯不仅作用时间较长,而且镇痛性及安全性方面均具有良好的效果,为临床应用进一步提供科学依据。
Flurbiprofen axetil is a kind of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic drug and is the only targeted analgesics applied widely in clinic. This article reviews the analgesic mechanisms of flurbiprofen axetil, analgesic features and the progress on preemptive analgesia in clinic, also describes the adverse effects occurred after applied it. Studies show that the effect of flurbiprofen axctil not only lasts for a long time,but also show good safety and analgesia, which provide scientific reference to the clinical applications of it.
