摘要
知识共享是知识管理中最重要的一环。为了获得有效的知识共享,就需要鼓励员工共享他们所拥有的知识。然而,如何鼓励这种共享却是一个难题。通过建立模型,分析了组织内部的知识共享,基于模型提出了知识共享的激励机制设计。通过分析,使企业管理者能够了解对知识共享进行激励的重要性,为企业实施激励机制提供借鉴。
Knowledge sharing is one of the most critical steps in knowledge management activities. To achieve effective knowledge sharing, it is important to encourage workers to share their knowledge for the best interests of the firm. However, successfully exerting this encouragement is very challenging. It develops a formal model and analyzes reward system for internal-organizational knowledge sharing. Specifically, one incentive system is considered, the system balances the benefit from knowledge sharing of each work with the costs related with it. Insights from the analysis can help managers to understand important considerations in rewarding knowledge sharing, and could provide them with guides to implement intensive systems.
