摘要
某深度氧化铅锌矿,矿物嵌布粒度细、泥化严重较为难选,特别是锌的回收非常困难,根据矿石的矿物学特征,在不脱泥的条件下,对传统的硫化-黄药法和硫化-胺法进行了优化,在铅氧化率86.71%、锌氧化率为89.19%条件下,获得了铅品位55.27%、回收率91.34%的铅精矿和锌品位41.59%、回收率为69.71%的锌精矿,成功的实现了该矿的高效分选。
The oxidation ration of lead and zinc are so high ,that of lead is 86.71% and zinc is 89.19 %, while the fine dissemination size of mine and high slime containing ,mineral processing is difficult, in particular, the recovery of zinc is very hard. According to the mineralogical characteristics of ore ,optimized the traditional sulphidization xanthate method and sulphidization-amine method. The results showed that the process can effectively realize floatation of the lead-zinc oxide ore without desliming. The lead concentrate is lead grade 55.27% and lead recovery 91.34%, the zinc concentrate is zinc grade 41.59% and zinc recovery 69.71% can be obtained. Thus an eficient separation of oxidized lead-zinc ore was realized.
