摘要
广东经济一直走在全国的前列,其经济发展模式成为各地的参考模式,土地流转模式也是如此。清远市作为广东省北部一座具有较大发展潜力的年轻城市,在农村土地承包经营权流转方面具有较大的发展空间。文章试图通过对清远市农村土地承包经营权流转情况的分析,研究土地流转中的困境,探索有利于土地流转的对策。
Guangdong is one of the highly-developed provinces in economy in China and the development mode of its economy has been regarded as a good example to the other areas. This province also set a good example for the other areas in land transfer. The paper uses Qingyuan, a young city in Northern Guangdong with great potential of development as an example to discuss the dilemmas in rural land circulation in China. It makes an analysis on the present situation of the transfer of the rural land contractual management right in Qingyuan, studies the difficulties and problems in land transfer and gives some advices to settle them.
