前列腺增生症伴膀胱结石的腔内治疗45例观察 被引量：2

摘要 良性前列腺增生症（BPH）合并膀胱结石是老年男性的常见病。经尿道前列腺电切（TURP）手术，对患者创伤小、恢复快、并发症少，成为目前国内外手术治疗前列腺增生症的主要手段。我们在行YURP同期行钬激光腔内碎石治疗良性前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石45例取得满意疗效，现报告如下。
