摘要
为了深入揭示雌雄植株之间的特征差异,本实验对2种扦插环境(田间栽培和盆栽)和不同生长周期(1年生和2年生)下青杨雌雄无性系幼苗的外部形态和叶绿素含量进行分析和比较。结果表明:(1)两年生青杨雌株在株高和叶片总数方面显著高于雄株,而一年生雌雄植株在此指标上差异不大;在相同的生长周期条件下,雌株叶片长、宽、叶柄长、叶片厚度较雄性植株有优势;一年生植株形态指标小于相同性别两年生植株。(2)雄株叶绿素含量多于雌株,且差异显著;两年生植株叶绿素含量多于一年生植株含量;青杨雌株叶片内的叶绿素含量与扦插环境无显著相关,而雄株在盆栽条件下的叶绿素含量显著低于田间栽培。
To explore sexual differences in dioecious plants, our experiment investigated morphology and chlorophyll contents of the male and female clonal seedlings of Populus cathayana under two cuttage methods and different growth cycles. The results showed that. (1) Two-year female seedlings exhibited greater height and leaf number than males, while no significant differences were detected between sexes in one-year seedlings. On the other hand, as for morphological characteristics of leaf, two-year seedlings were observed to have better traits than that of one-year seedlings. Moreover, the females had greater morphological indices than that in males seedlings with same growth cycle. (2) The chlorophyll contents between males and females were quite different in either one-year or two-year seedlings, and they were found to be significant higher in males. Furthermore, two-year seedlings had more chlorophyll contents than that in one-year seedlings. In addition, the contents of chlorophyll in males were detected to be lower than potted plant treatment, while there were no significant differences between potted plant and filed plant in the females.
