摘要
目的:通过对曲面断层非临床要求疾病检出率的统计学分析,证实临床上初诊病人及查体人群应用曲面断层检查的临床意义与必要性。方法:2002年至2006年来院口腔科实施曲面断层检查的1135名受检者,对年龄、性别、临床要求、影像显示结果进行统计分析。结果:1、消除年龄对检出率的影响,男、女两性别的检出率有统计学意义,男性检出率(22.8%)低于女性检出率(30.4%)。2、各个年龄组对应的检出率之间的差别无统计学意义。结论:临床上牙颌面部初诊病人及查体人群应用曲面断层检查有着重要的临床意义与必要性。
Objective： To verify clinical significance and the feasibility application of PR on oral and maxillofacial disease of first visiting and physical examination patients by analyzing prevalence of oral diseases with non-clinically requested by panoramic radiography （PR） Methods： 1135 patients who came to the clinic between 2002 and 2006 were examined by PR. The statistical analysis on sex, age, clinical requirements and image display were performed. Results： 1.There was significant difference between two sex groups, x2=3.096, P=0.2127. The prevalence of male and female group was 22.8% and 30.8% respectively. 2.There were no statistical difference between the three age groups, x2=3.096, P=-0.2127. Conclusion： There were clinical significance and feasibility of PR application on oral and maxillofacial disease of first visiting and physical examination patients. The results provided reliable proof to the early diagnosis and therapy for clinical workers.
