摘要
介绍8031控制的常用IC测试原理和硬软件设计，本系统能完成对TTL74、54系列和CMOS4000、4500系列的数字集成电路、部分ADC器件、部分DAC器件、部分运算放大器等器件的测试。
The test principle of a system of trouble testing contolled by 8031 is described, the system hardware and software designs are also given. The system can test 74, 54 series TTL,4000,4500 series CMOS, some ADC, some DAC and some operational amplifier.
