摘要
工业遗产是在城市工业发展过程中遗留下来的工业文化遗存,具有科研、审美、历史、文化等重要价值。由于辽宁沿海城市带城市化进程加快,工业遗产的动态保护与适度开发意义重大。在分析辽宁沿海城市带"一核一轴两翼"战略和工业遗产保护现状的基础上,对沿海城市带工业遗产旅游开发的优势及价值进行深入研究,提出适合本区域带工业遗产开发与旅游利用的对策,以促进整个区域带工业遗产的有效保护和合理旅游利用。
Industrial heritage is the legacy of indus trial culture heritage during the development of urban industry, which has the value of scientific research, aesthetic judgment, history, culture and so on. Dynamic protection and moderate exploitation of industrial heritage are significant due to the fast urbanization of the coastal city belt. Based on the analyses of ＂one core, one axis, two flanks＂ strategy of coastal city belt and the present condition of industrial heritage protection, the advantage and value of tourism exploitation of coastal city belt are given a further study. Proper exploitation and utilization strategies which suit the city belt are put forward in order to promote the effective protection and reasonable tourism utilization.
