摘要
对两个厂家生产的小灯泡的失效分布进行了一致性检验及拟合优度检验，分析表明，它们的寿命不属同一母体，但均限从对数正态分布，根据可靠性评定的结果，选择可靠性下限较高的A厂的小灯泡是适当的．
In this paper, goodness of fit test and homogeneity test of life distribution of a type littlelamp of factory A and B are conducted. Analysis results indicate their life foll0ws not identical population,but follows all the lognormal distribution. Based on reliability assessment of little lamp of factory A andB, selecting the little lamp of factory A is suitable.
