测量预焙槽每一根阳极导杆电流幅值评估极距均衡性。测量每一根阳极导杆电流波动幅值评估该阳极掌底投影下熔体垂直波动高度。作△IACP-CE%关系曲线(全槽阳极导杆电流波动平均值——电流效率关系曲线)。测量槽任意一根阳极导杆电流波动波形基频(FFT)判据该槽稳定性。
The equilibrium of ACD is evaluated by measuring the current amplitude of every anode stem in pre-baked anode cell.The vertical fluctuation height of melt projected under the bottom of anode is evaluated by measuring the current fluctuation amplitude of every anode stem △IA（Imax-Imin）as well.Relation curve △IACP-CE%（average figure of anode stems＇current fluctuation in cell-relation curve of CE） is made.The stability of cell is evaluated by measuring the current fluctuation wave shape basic frequency of any anode stem in the cell.
