摘要 船体结构的焊接变形控制是精度造船的重要组成,对于提高舰船质量、缩短造船周期等方面具有重要意义。本文论述了船体结构焊接变形预测与控制技术的研究进展在船舶行业的应用情况,讨论了焊接变形预测的各种数值仿真方法及其特点,重点阐述了热弹塑性有限元法和固有应变法在船舶行业的应用前景,介绍了控制焊接变形的各种措施,推动精度造船技术在船厂的应用。 Welding distortion control of ship structure is a vital component of precision shipbuilding. It is significant to improve ship quality and to shorten building period. Process of research and application on prediction and control welding distortion of ship structure is reported. Various numerical simulation methods and features about prediction welding distortion have been discussed. The anticipation of thermoelastic-plasticity finite element method and inherent strain method in shipbuilding has been represented detailed. Measures of control welding distortion have also given. Thus, precision shipbuilding technology could be promoted in shipyards.
