摘要
我国石油石化企业2010年工作会议报告,内容全面,重点突出,既有"所见略同",又都特色鲜明。略同之处,可以看做是工作的共同点与着力点。从迎战国际金融危机到调整完善发展目标,从推进市场战略到强化安全环保,从打造人才队伍到加强企业党建……对一项项重点工作的高度重视、深刻认识和安排部署,都体现了大石油、大石化的经营气魄和良好发展前景。
The meeting is held every year, but the form is various. The work report is written every year, but the content is different. For the financial turmoil, Chinese petroleum and petrochemical industry had much diversity in 2009. Reading the work reports, we can see that every one, every chapter and every word reflect the history, sections show the bright time features. Some of the reports summarize achievements, some state experience, some judge the trend, some arrange works, some look forward to the future, and some express strategy. All of them are substantial in content, objective, deep, suitable, focused and determinate. It seems that history wants to do leave something in 2009, so we have the lasting memories. It seems that time wants to do declare something in 2010, so we have the lasting memories. The enterprise fought against the difficulties and grew up in the adversity. They did well in the year out of the common. In the first decade of the new century, 2009 is the successful close year. It is also the first year at a high starting point of the next decade. 2010 is the last year of 'the 11th years plan'. It is a economy upheaval year of post-critical period. Reading the directional, abundant and inspiring reports, we can strongly feel that scientific development, harmonious development, green development and safe development are carrying out orderly. A magnificent blueprint of harmonious sustainable development and steady healthy fast development is being laid out. We have reasons to believe that the aim of the industry will come true, the hope of people will be realized, the yesterday bright spot will be brighter.
