摘要 波动性负荷引起的电压闪变会传播到电力系统的其他部分,相同的电压变动量可能由不同的电压波动波形引起。为此利用动态相量法建立了电力网络的数学模型,根据基尔霍夫定律求取电压的动态相量,即电压波形的包络线,可以直接反映电压RMS值的波动情况,并且在此基础上给出了一般性电力网络的电压闪变传播系数的计算公式。计算结果表明闪变传播系数不仅和电力网络的结构、参数以及负荷特性有关,还与闪变源的特征量,即闪变频率分量的频率及其分布密切相关。最后利用仿真软件验证了理论分析的正确性。 Voltage flicker caused by fluctuating load may propagate to other parts of power system. Different voltage waveforms may result in same voltage variation. The dynamic phasors approach is used to establish the mathematical model of power network and the dynamic phasor of voltage is calculated according to Kirchhoff Law, which is the envelope of voltage waveform,directly reflecting the fluctuation of voltage RMS values. Based on it,the calculation formula of flicker transfer coefficient is presented for general power networks. The calculated results show that,the flicker transfer coefficient is related to the structure and parameters of power network and the characteristics of load,as well as the characteristic quantity of flicker source,i.e, the frequency and distribution of flicker components. Simulative result verifies the validity of theoretical analysis.
