摘要
海上交通视景仿真平台主要是借助实地测量、遥感(RS)、地理信息系统(GIS)等手段采集基础数据,构建一套专门针对港口水域再现的实时三维视景仿真平台,在该平台上,可以进一步开发有关港口通航安全评估、交通监管设计,提供直观、科学的交通状况实时模拟,能够为海事管理提供海事监管、搜救指挥力量的配置方案制定与分析等方面的强有力的、科学的辅助支持[1]。结合福建省湄洲湾港口海上交通视景仿真平台的实际研究和开发,从技术实现角度,做简要介绍。
The marine traffic visual simulation platform which is mainly based on the basis data collected from the on-site measurement,RS,GIS etc.,aims at building a real time 3-D visual simulation platform specially relating to harbor waters.It helps develop methods of assessing marine navigation safety in harbor water areas as well as traffic supervising and provides direct and scientific real-time traffic simulations.It also assists the maritime sectors to make plan and analysis in the aspects of maritime supervising and organizing search and rescue.This paper,on the basis of the practical researches of marine traffic visual simulation platform of the Meizhou Harbor,makes a brief introduction from the view of technology.
