摘要
山区高速公路陡坡路段由于沥青路面抗剪强度不足易导致推移、拥包、车辙等早期病害。通过影响沥青混合料抗剪强度参数的因素进行试验分析,考虑不同沥青混合料级配、沥青类型、集料类型以及沥青用量对抗剪强度参数的影响。试验结果表明:沥青是影响最大抗剪强度的主要因素,最大抗剪强度随着沥青当量软化点增加比例而增加;集料特性对混合料的内摩阻角影响显著;在最佳沥青用量附近,混合料的最大抗剪强度达到最大值;可采用1 mm/min的加载速率进行沥青混合料抗剪强度验算。
Because the shear strength of steep slope sections is insufficient,it is easy to cause early disease of pavement,such as slippage、folding、rut.The paper analyses influencing factors of asphalt mixture shear strength parameters by testing methods,including different gradation、asphalt、aggregate types、asphalt content.The testing results show that asphalt is the main influencing factor of shear strength,the max shear strength increases with the asphalt equivalent softening point becoming higher.The aggregate characteristic has a remarkable influence on the mixture internal friction.The mixture max shear strength achieves the maximum nearly at optimum asphalt content.For checking asphalt mixture shear strength,1mm/min loading rate can be used.
