摘要
本研究旨在探讨饲料中添加乳酸菌对凡纳滨对虾幼虾生长性能、消化酶活性和非特异性免疫的影响。试验选用450尾初始平均质量为1.42 g的凡纳滨对虾幼虾,平均分为5个组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾虾。采用单因子试验设计,在基础日粮中分别添加0、0.5%、5%、10%和15%的液体乳酸菌制剂。试验虾在室内循环水簇箱中饲养8周。结果表明:添加10%的乳酸菌组试验虾生长性能最好,增重率和特定生长率分别较对照组提高了7.13%(P>0.05)和4.23%(P>0.05);饵料系数较对照组也降低了8.38%(P>0.05),且显著低于5%组(P<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组肝胰脏和肠道中蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性均高于对照组,其中0.5%组肝胰脏中蛋白酶、淀粉酶和肠道中的淀粉酶活性最高,且显著高于对照组(P<0.05),5%组肠道蛋白酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组溶菌酶活性都高于对照组,且10%和15%组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清中酚氧化酶(PO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和蛋白质含量各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),但试验组血清蛋白质含量都高于对照组,除0.5%组外的试验组PO活性都高于对照组,除15%组外的试验组SOD活性都高于对照组;对照组血清过氧化物酶活性最低,并显著低于10%组(P<0.05)。结果提示:添加乳酸菌可一定程度地提高凡纳滨对虾幼虾的生长性能和消化酶活性,改善其非特异性免疫力。
An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of adding liquid LactobaciUus preparation on growth performance, digestive enzyme activities and non-specific immunity of Litopenaeus vannamei. Four hundred and fifty fingerlings of Litopenaeus vannamei (initial average weight: 1.42 g) were randomly allotted to 5 groups with 3 replicates and 30 shrimp in each replicate. Five diets were added 0 (control group), 0.5%, 5%, 10% and 15% Lactobacillus preparation in basal diet, respectively. The experiment lasted for 8 weeks. The results showed that growth performance was improved in shrimp fed the 10% Lactobacillus preparation diet. Weight gain ratio and specific growth ratio were increased by 7.13% (P〉0.05) and 4.23% (P〉 0.05) compared with the control group, respectively. Feed conversion ratio was reduced by 8.38% (P〉0.05) compared with the control group and significantly lower than that of shrimp fed the 5% Lactobacillus preparation diet (P〈0.05). Protease and amylase activity in the hepatopancreas and intestine of trial groups were improved compared with the control group. Protease and amylase activity in the hepatopancreas and amylase activity in the intestine in 5% group were the highest and significantly different from those in the control group(P〈0.05), and protease activity in the intestine in 5% group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The activity of lysozyme in the serum of all trial groups was higher than that in the control group, and lysozyme activity in 10% and 15% groups was significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈0.05). The activity of phenoloxidase (PO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and serum protein levels were not different among all groups. And then serum protein levels of trial groups were higher than that in the control group. The activity of PO in the trial groups except 0.5% group was increased compared with the control group. The activity of SOD in the trial groups except 15% group was improved compared with the control group. The activity of peroxidase in control group was the lowest and significantly lower than that in 10% group. In conclusion, adding Lactobacillus in basal diet could promote growth performance, increase digestive enzyme activities and enhance non- specific immunity in the shrimp.
