摘要
分析了当前我国高校教材管理在管理机制、管理手段、教材招投标采购等方面存在的问题,从教材供应关系各环节中涉及的管理制度、管理观念、管理手段和技术、供应商的确定、管理人员素质等方面,提出了相应的对策。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of university teaching materials in China at present including the management mechanism,management method and public bidding-based acquisition,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for the various links of supply relationship of teaching materials from aspects of management system,management concept,management technology,determination of supplier and quality of management personnel.
