摘要
探讨了加强图书馆读者服务工作的对策,指出现代图书馆必须坚持"以人为本"的服务理念,站在读者的立场思考问题,以方便读者、提升服务质量为准则来开展服务工作,建立完善的服务体系,从而更好地体现图书馆服务理念并推动图书馆事业的发展。
This paper probes into the problem of how the library to strengthen the service for readers,and points out that the modern library must persist in the people-based service concept,consider problems in readers'place,develop the service for readers under the principles of being convenient to readers and improving service quality,and establish the perfect service system for embodying better library's service concept and promoting the development of the library.
