阐述了阅读的内涵及必要性,分析了图书馆促进全民阅读的优势,提出了图书馆促进全民阅读活动的措施,指出图书馆应充分发挥自身的作用,促进全民阅读活动。
This paper expounds the connotation and necessity of the reading,analyzes the advantages of the library in promoting the nationwide reading,puts forward some measures for library to promote nationwide reading activity,and points out that the library should play its role in promoting the nationwide reading activity.
