摘要
通过总结漳州职业技术学院图书馆营造和谐的人文环境和物理环境,揭示了该馆在"服务育人"中所体现的人性化管理。分析了影响高职图书馆和谐服务文化建设的因素,提出了高职图书馆做好"服务育人"工作的关键。
Through summing up the harmonious human environment and physical environment created by the library of Zhangzhou Institute of Technology,this paper reveals the humanized management externalized in this library＇s servicebased education,analyzes some factors influencing the construction of harmonious service culture of the library of higher vocational college,and puts forward some master keys of doing well the service-based education by the library of higher vocational college.
