摘要
流程银行是国际先进银行普遍采用的经营管理模式,借鉴该模式对我国银行业发展具有现实意义。本文介绍了流程银行的理论背景,对国际先进银行建设流程银行的实践情况和我国流程银行建设情况进行了分析,揭示了我国流程银行建设存在的问题,并提出流程银行建设过程中应遵循的原则。
Process-oriented bank is a management pattern widely used by the international advanced banks. It is of practical significance to learn from the pattern to develop China＇ s banking industry. This article firstly introduces the theory of process-oriented bank. Then the article analyzes the reengineering of the international advanced banks and China＇ s banking industry, and discloses the problems of process-oriented banks construction. Finally, the article points out the rules of process-oriented banks construction.
