摘要
资本市场竞争日益成为国际竞争的焦点与核心。发达市场国家和新兴市场国家都在采取措施竞争国际金融资源:金融危机更会进一步改变国际资本市场竞争力格局。我国要想在当今资本市场竞争中不被边缘化并立于不败之地,必须将发展我国资本市场和增强其竞争力提升为国家战略。通过建立多层次的资本市场体系、分层次金融中心以及巩固和提升上海和香港国际金融中心的地位等措施来应对当前国际资本市场竞争带来的挑战。
In recent years, the capital market has increasingly become the focus of global competition. Both developed countries and emerging market countries have taken various measures to compete for the international financial resources, leading to a new tendency of global capital market competition. To win the competition, China must make it a national strategy to develop our own capital market and enhance its competitiveness. Efforts should be made to construct a multi-level capital market system and multi-layered financial centers, consolidate and promote the development of Hong Kong and Shanghai international financial center positions, and accelerate the opening of China＇s capital market to the world as well as its international cooperation.
