摘要
当前发展高等中医药教育必须深入贯彻落实科学发展观,以求真务实的态度分析高等中医药教育的现状,肯定成就,直面问题,紧紧抓住难得的发展机遇和环境;推动全社会以改革创新的精神树立科学的中医药人才观、地方政府树立科学的中医药教育观、中医药院校树立科学的中医药教育发展观;以与时俱进的态度找准发展的战略,制定发展的策略。加快教育发展,以提高质量为主题、以人才培养为中心、以加强内涵建设为重点、以学科建设为龙头、以改革创新为动力,不断提高教学、科研、医疗和国际交流与合作水平,全面推进中医药教育新一轮跨越式发展。
The development of higher TCM education shall implement the Scientific Outlook on Development to analyse the present situation, affirm achievements, face problems, and grasp uncommon development opportunity. The whole society will be promoted to establish a scientific view of TCM talent training with innovation spirit. The government shall establish the scientific view of TCM education, and TCM universities shall have the view of TCM education development. The development strategy will be made based on the concept of keeping pace with the times. On the base of higher quality, talent training, connotation construction, discipline development and innovation, TCM education will be accelerated, the levels of teaching, research, medical service and international exchange and cooperation will be improved, and another leap-type development of TCM education will be promoted.
