摘要
ＪＫＤ对醋酸致小鼠疼痛反应和缩宫素致小鼠痛经均有明显抑制作用，能使性未成熟小鼠子宫湿重和子宫系数增加。ＪＫＤ由阴道给药吸收，作用于子宫，可以通过镇药、增加子宫肌肉发育发挥治疗作用，即如中医认为有“补肾气，填精血，化寒积，破瘀血”
JKD can obviusly inhibit the mice's pain response resulted fromacetic acid and the mice's dysmenorrhea resulted fromoxytocin, and increase the gross weight of the mice's uterus of sexual i nmaturity as well as the uterine quotient. Absorbed from vagina and function on the urerus, JKD, can get the curative effect of “ improving qi of kidney, adding the vital qi and blood, dispelling the accumulating of cold and impelling the stagnation of blood” by T.C.M.
