原发性高血压患者循环内皮祖细胞与颈动脉内膜中层厚度及炎性介质的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过观察原发性高血压患者循环内皮祖细胞(EPCs)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及炎性介质的相关性,进一步探讨其在此类患者发病机制中的作用。方法:测定50例初诊原发性高血压患者和50例健康者的EPCs数量、超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和IMT等指标。结果:高血压患者的颈动脉IMT、Hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、收缩压和脉压均显著高于健康者(P<0.05);EPCs数量显著低于健康者(P<0.05)。EPCs数量与颈动脉IMT(r=0.577)、Hs-CRP(r=0.483)、IL-6(r=0.442)和脉压(r=0.390)呈显著负相关。结论:高血压的发生发展是内皮系统、血管重构和炎性反应等多因素综合作用的结果。 Objective .. To investigate the correlation between circulating endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT),inflammatory mediators and evaluate mechanism of essential hypertension. Methods:The amount of EPCs, hyper sensitive C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL- 6),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and IMT were measured in 50 newly diagnosed hypertensives and 50 healthy persons. Results : Compared with healthy persons, IMT, Hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, systolic pressure and pulse pressure were significantly increased (P〈0. 05) ,while the amount of EPCs was reduced in patients with essential hypertension (P〈0. 05); the amount of EPCs was negatively correlated with IMT (r= 0. 577),Hs- CRP (r=0. 483),IL-6 (r=0. 442) and pulse pressure (r=0. 390). Conclusion :The occurance of hypertension is decided by interrelation of endothelial system, vascular remodeling and inflammation.
