人工流产中小剂量咪达唑仑对依托咪酯所致肌阵挛的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨在人工流产中,提前静脉注射小剂量咪达唑仑,对依托咪酯所致肌阵挛的影响。方法:择期行人工流产患者100例,ASA~级,随机分为2组,每组50例,观察组(M组):咪达唑仑1mg+芬太尼+依托咪酯;对照组(C组):芬太尼+依托咪酯。观察围术期各时段的BP、P、SpO2、从注射依托咪酯至患者入睡时间及清醒时间、肌阵挛、舌后坠发生情况。结果:两组BP、P及SpO2无显著性差异(P>0.05),M组的肌阵挛明显减少及减轻,但舌后坠有所增加,清醒时间有所延长(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产中,提前静脉注射小剂量咪达唑仑,可安全而有效地减少依托咪酯所致肌阵挛的发生。 Objective :To investigate the effects of little dose midazolam on the myoclonus caused by etomidate in artificial abortion. Methods :100 ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ patients undergoing artificial abortion were randomly divided into 2 groups, (n= 50 each):group M and group C. Patients in both groups were injected with fentanyl lug/kg, 2 minutes later, etomidate 0. 2 mg/kg. Patients in group M: Midazolam 1 mg were injected just before fentanyl, and patients in group C.. Not. Systolic pressure (SP),diastolic pressure (DP), P and SpO2 were recorded before induction of anesthesia , after sleeping ,during operation ,after awakening . The sleeping time and awakening time after etomidate were recorded . The rate and degree of myoclonus and glossoptosis were recorded. Results: There were significantly lower myoclonus, a little more glossoptosis, a little longer awakening time in group M than in group C (P〈0. 05) ,and there was no significant change in BP, P,SpO2 (P〉0. 05) in both groups. Conclusion: Little dose midazolam pre-injection could effectively and safely reduce the myoelonus caused by etomidate in patients undergoing artificial abortion.
