摘要
随着服务行业的发展,对员工情绪化劳动的研究越来越受到人们的关注。因此,医院作为知识密集型服务组织,如何探讨医护员工的情绪劳动结构,如何分析情绪劳动对医护人员的影响显得尤为重要。文章结合工作实际,阐述了情绪劳动的内涵,着重分析了医护员工情绪劳动的基本框架,主要包括医护员工情绪劳动策略、情绪劳动的影响结果,并就此提出了提高医护员工情绪劳动质量的相关对策,以期为医护员工情绪劳动管理提供方向。
The Chinese Health Service Management. Abstract With the development of service industry, more and more researches focused on staffs'emotional labor. As hospitals being a knowledge -intensive industry, it is especially important to explore the structure of medical professionals'emotional labor and analyze its influence. Combined with the practice, the connotation and fundamental framework of emotional labor were analyzed, which mainly included the strategy of emotional labor, and the influence of antecedent variables. Based on which, countermeasures to improve the quality of emotional labor were put forward to guide the management of medical professionals emotional labor.
