摘要
目的：通过对郑州市近4年来开展医院管理年活动的现状研究，评价医院管理年活动的效果，发现存在的问题，提出相应建议。方法：对郑州市参加医院管理年活动的36所二级以上医院进行问卷调查，搜集2004—2008年的相关数据，将数据录入spss13．0进行分析。结果：医院的服务效率、医疗质量得到较大提高。结论：郑州市医院管理年活动取得了较好的效果，但也存在部分医院、部分项目仍未达到管理年要求，部分医院由于规模快速扩大使医疗质量有所下降，管理年检查方式不灵活等问题。需要重点督导未达标的医院，加强医院标准化建设，改进管理年检查评比方式。
The Chinese Health Service Management. Abstract Objective：To study the status of activity of ＂ The Year of Hospital Management＂ in Zbengzhou in recent four years, evaluate its effect and put forward suggestions to solve its problems. Methods ：36 Hospitals were surveyed with questionnaires. Related：data from 2004 to 2008 were collected and analyzed with software of SPSS13.0. Results：Hospitals＇service efficiency and medical care quality were improved in these years. Conclusion ：The activity had obtained good results. But some problems still existed. Some hospitals and projects had not met the management requirements. As a result of rapid expansion, some hospitals medical care quality decreased. So supervision and standardization construction need to be strengthened, and the way to assess effect can be improved.
