摘要
目的:探讨前列除痛方治疗前列腺痛的临床疗效。方法:将118例本病患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例予前列除痛方加坦索罗辛治疗,对照组58例予坦索罗辛治疗。结果:治疗组在总有效率及缓解疼痛、提高生活质量、降低NIH-CPSI总评分和提高尿流率等方面均优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:前列除痛方治疗前列腺痛有良效。
Objective： To discuss the clinical effect on prostatalgia treated by Qianlie Chutong decoction. Method： 118 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in the treatment group was treated by Qianlie Chutong decoction and Tamsulosin and 58 cases in the control group by Tamsulosin. Results： The total effective rate, relieving pain, improvement quality of life, decresing total score of NIH - CPSI and increasing urine flow rate in the treatment group ） were superior to that in the control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Qianlie Chutong decoction had good effect for prostatalgia.
