摘要
将组织学习作为解释市场导向与中小企业技术创新关系的中介变量,在文献回顾的基础上运用问卷调查方法,以浙江省的中小企业作为实证对象,分析获得的162份有效问卷调查数据。分别以信效度分析、结构方程模式分析等方法,实证并检验本研究所提出的各项假设。研究发现:市场导向对组织学习有显著的正向影响、组织学习对技术创新有显著的正向影响;市场导向的三个维度对组织学习、组织学习对技术创新两个维度的影响存在一定程度的差异;而且市场导向的三个维度对技术创新的两个维度也会产生不同的影响。最后对研究发现进行了总结和讨论,并提出了有待进一步探讨的若干问题。
This essay intends to explain the relationship between market orientation and technical innovation of SMEs through organizational learning as an mediating variable. After literature review, we analyze the !62 valid questionnaires of SMEs in Zhejiang Province and verify the hypotheses through reliability and validity analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). The research shows that market orientation has significant positive impacts on organizational learning, organizational learning has significant positive impacts on technical innovation, the impacts of the three dimensions of market orientation on organizational learning and the impacts of organizational learning on the two dimensions of technical innovation are different to a certain degree, and the three dimensions of market orientation also have different impacts on the two dimensions of technical innovation. The final part concludes the findings and forwards several questions to be further discussed.
