摘要 介绍一种新型的用于水轮发电机组实时仿真的系统结构和原理,探讨了适用于轴流转桨式机组在该系统上的非线性仿真实现方法。通过对轴流转桨式水力机组各个系统非线性数学模型的研究,掌握了单位转速、导叶开度、桨叶开度到单位流量、单位转矩间的非线性关系,采用了基于MATLAB辅助设计的软件算法,较好的实现了机组的非线性仿真。在硬件上采用了最先进的浮点型数字信号控制器(DSC)和TCP/IP协议栈的结构,保证了复杂非线性算法实现和仿真数据传送的快速性。在软件算法上,采用了两个基于MATLAB辅助设计的三输入BP型神经网络模拟机组的非线性特性,保证了实现的简洁性、实时性和可行性。 In this paper, the structure and principle of a new type real-time nonlinear simulation system for hydro generating unit are introduced. The real-time nonlinear simulation way which is suitable for Kaplan turbine comes true. By investigating the mathemati- cal model of the each system in turbine, it gets the relations between speed and opening of the Guide vane and angle of the paddle and the flow and torque. The algorithm based on MATLAB aided design is used for the implementation of nonlinear. By using floating point DSC and hardware- based TCP/IP stack, the celerity of implementation of complex nonlinear algorithm and the real-time data transmission is ensured. In the algorithm, two 3-input BP neural networks based on MATLAB aided design are used, thus ensuring the concision and real-time capability of the implementation.
