摘要
草街水利枢纽冲沙闸在施工期发现在底板部位和冲沙闸墩体不同部位出现不同数量和规模的裂缝,其中底板存在横向贯通性裂缝。为了解裂缝对结构性能降低程度和为裂缝修复加固设计提供依据,设计了完整状态、裂缝存在状态和裂缝修复状态的冲沙闸完建期、2个正常蓄水和3个检修等18个工况,经计算分析,发现:各冲沙闸裂缝状态闸室整体稳定性不满足规范要求,需要进行了加固,加固标准为裂缝区混凝土强度的85%,实际加固施工控制标准为上述强度阈值的1.5倍。
There exist different quantity and scale crack in the bottom and body of the flushing sluice of caojie key water control project during the construction period, cracks in the bottom being horizontally traversed. To know the reducing degree of the structural peformance affetced by the crack and to provide basis for the crack restored and reinforced, the eighteen eomouting schemes such as construction, normal, water and overhauling under good working, crack existed and crack restored conditions are designed. Found that the No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 flushing fluiees under crack existed condition don't meet the code requirement of safety factor and need to be reinforced. The strengthening standards is the 85 percent of the concrete where crack is located, and the practical stand- ards is 1.5 times of the forgoing one.
