摘要
本文简要介绍了控轧控冷的基本原理，强调了控轧控冷与钢的微合金化及化学成分之间的密切关系，分析了济钢中板厂应用控轧控冷技术的可行性及其应用情况，并对济钢中板厂提出了技术改造的要求。
This paper introduces the basic principle of controlled rolling and controlled cooling technique,emphasises the relativity of controlled rolling and controlled cooling technique with steel micro alloying and chemical composition,analyses the practicability and applying condition of controlled rolling and controlled cooling technique in medium plate plant of Jinan iron and steel group general corporation and also puts forward the technical refoming opinion for medium plate plant
