摘要
对永平铜矿铜硫浮选工艺从混合浮选变为分步优先浮选,再变为等可浮工艺的改造实践进行了评述。混合精矿均不再磨时,分步优先浮选工艺的铜、硫回收率比混合浮选工艺分别提高237%和259%,但分步优先浮选工艺在经济上是否合理尚待研究。生产实践证明,分步优先浮选工艺的铜粗选pH值难以控制,硫回收率不稳定。将分步优先浮选工艺改为等可浮工艺,在确保铜回收率的基础上,较大幅度地提高了硫回收率。
A review is made of the practice of technical transformation of copper sulfur flotation technology from bulk flotation into stage selective flotation and then iso flotation in Yongping Copper Mine. When bulk concentrate is not ground, the recoveries of copper and sulfur obtained by stage selective flotation are 2.37% and 2 59% higher than by bulk flotation. However, the former′s reasonableness in economy remains to be proved. The production practice has shown that sulfur recovery is not constant due to the difficuties in controlling plt during roughing flotation of copper by stage selective flotation. The transformation of stage selective flotation into iso flotation can not only ensure the copper recovery, but also improve greatly the sulfur recovery.
