摘要
目的明确水泥毒饵盒、三角形毒饵盒、单口梯形毒饵盒和单口长方形毒饵盒10、20、30、45和60d杀灭小家鼠和褐家鼠的效果。方法在临沂市选择3个自然村,于盒内放0.05%敌鼠钠整粒玉米、小麦及将两者按6∶4比例混合毒饵;用S-100格法考核效果。结果4种毒饵盒杀灭效果均随着时间的推移而升高,投放整粒玉米毒饵的水泥毒饵盒与三角形毒饵盒灭鼠至60 d对小家鼠效果分别为99.09%和93.16%,褐家鼠分别为98.67%和96.60%;投放整粒小麦毒饵的水泥毒饵盒与三角形毒饵盒灭鼠至60 d对小家鼠效果分别为95.83%和91.09%,褐家鼠分别为97.79%和97.71%。投放混合毒饵的单口梯形毒饵盒、单口长方形毒饵盒及三角形毒饵盒灭鼠至45 d对小家鼠效果分别为100.00%、95.60%和99.81%,褐家鼠分别为91.89%、95.85%和100.00%。结论4种毒饵盒对小家鼠、褐家鼠都有良好的杀灭作用,适合作为农村可持续控制鼠类种群数量的重要手段。
Objective To observe the deratization effect in different times for 10,20,30,45 and 60 d to Mus musculus and Rattus norvegicus with 4 kinds of bait poison boxes： cement boxes, triangle boxes, trapezoidal boxes with one opening, rectangle boxes with one opening. Methods Carrying out on-the-spot test with bait poisons in 3 rural areas of Linyi city. Corn, wheat bait poisons of 0. 05% diphacine-Na, and mixed bait poisons（ Corn： wheat 6： 4） were put respectively into bait boxes. S-100 check was used to evaluate the deratization effect. Results The deratization rate with 4 kinds of bait boxes was progressively ascend as time went on, result as follows, the deratization rate on the 60 th day with corn bait poison in cement boxes and triangle boxes, to Mus musculus were 99.09% and 93.16% ,to Rattus norvegicus were 98.67% and 96. 06% ; with wheat bait poison in cement boxes and triangle boxes, to Mus musculus were 95.83% and 91.09% , to Rattus norvegicus were 97.79% and 97.71%. The deratization rate on the 45 th day with mixed bait in trapezoidal boxes with one opening, rectangle boxes with one opening, and triangle boxes,to Mus musculus were 100. 00% ,95.60% and 99.81% , to Rattus norvegicus were 91.89,95.85% and 100. 00%. Conclusion The deratization effect with 4 kinds of bait poison boxes were very effective. The preventive deratization method with bait boxes must be spread in rural areas.
