摘要
板形是热轧带钢极其重要的质量指标之一。宝钢１５８０ｍｍ热连轧机引进的ＰＣ轧机能有效地控制板形。通过对数学模型、工艺参数的优化，改善了板形控制功能，使１５８０ｍｍ热轧带钢的浪高基本控制在１５ｍｍ以下。
Strip shape is one of the most important quality indexes for hot rolled steel strip.PC mill of 1580mm hot rolling mill can control the strip shape effectively.By optimizing mathematical model and process parameter,the control function of strip shape can be improved,as a result,the height of shape wave of hot rolled strip will be less than 15mm.
