摘要
森林火灾的发生有很深的自然因素和社会因素。全世界每年发生森林火灾几十万次，受灾面积达几百万公顷，约占森林总面积的０．１％。进入８０～９０年代以来，全球气候变暖，火灾有上升的趋势，虽然各国的森林防火费用不断增加，但森林火灾面积并未发生明显地变化，特别是９０年代后期，火灾毁灭了数百万公顷的热带森林。
Abstract There are tens of thousand of forest fire in the world every year, and the area of forest fire is millions hectares that covers 0.1% of the total area of forest.In 1980s～1990s,the global climate is getting warmer,and the tendency of forest fire is rising.Although the funds of forest fire prevention are increased,the areas of forest fire do not change in most of countries.In the late of 90s, millions hectares of tropical forest is destroyed in forest fire.
