摘要
目的：目的：探讨国产奥氮平（欧兰宁）治疗脑血管病所致精神障碍的疗效和安全性。方法：随机抽取脑血管病所致精神障碍30例，用欧兰宁治疗，并分别于治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4、8周末采用简明精神病量表（BPRS）、阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）及副反应量表（TESS）评定临床疗效及不良反应。结果：BPRS总分、PANSS总分和各症状评分均较治疗前显著降低，且有显著差异（P〈0．01-0．05），有效率86％，显效率67％；常见的不良反应是体重增加和嗜睡。结论：欧兰宁对脑血管病所致精神障碍安全有效、不良反应少，经济适用，值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To discuss the efficacy and safety side effects on domestic olanzapine in the treatment of mental disorders due to vascular disease. Methods： Randomly selected 30 patients with mental disorders due to vascular disease, treatment with domestic olanzapine, effectiveness and the side effects were assessed by the brief psychiatrie reacting scale （BPRS）, the positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS） and treatment emergent symptoms scale（ TESS ） before t rear ment and at the ends of week 1,2、 4,8. Results： BPRS total scores, PA NSS total scores and sub - sub - scales drop compared with the baseline and there were significant differences with it （P 〈 0.05 - 0.01 ）, 86 percent efficiency of treatment, 67 markedly percent efficiency of treatment, effective the main side effects： weight gain and somnolence. Conclusion： Domestic olanzapine soon take effectand,it is a safe and effective in the treatment of mental disorders due to vascular disease,and less adverse reactions. It is of economical and practical,deserve to be clinically popularized.
