摘要
本文根据苏州工业园区经济发展对高技能人才的需要,充分借鉴CDIO工程教育模式,通过对目前项目教学的反思,构思了以项目教学为载体的CDIO工程教育模式实施方案,以学院制造类专业为实践对象,设计了"1C+5P"能力训练体系,建设了教学工厂型实训基地,实施FMS教学组织模式,注重综合能力的评价,学生综合素质与可持续发展能力有明显提高。
Based on the need of economic development of Suzhou Industrial Park on high-skilled technicians and the reflection on the current project teaching, the paper fully draws on CDIO engineering education model and conceives an implementation plan of CDIO project teaching in manufacturing specialty with project teaching as its carder. With the manufacturing specialty as the subject, the paper designs the ability training system of "IC + 5P", builds the teaching factory-like practice base, develops the FMS teaching model and, attach importance to the evaluation of comprehensive abilities. The result shows that there are remarkable improvements in students' overall quality and the sustainable development ability.
