摘要
为探讨过氧化物酶(POD)与水稻抗热性之间的关系,对水稻6个品种进行热激处理后,测定幼苗叶片的POD活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果表明,高温胁迫下,水稻幼苗叶片的POD活性升高,但是其同工酶谱没有变化.POD活性增加的趋势与MDA含量增加的趋势呈负相关,表明高温胁迫下POD活性升高能提高水稻幼苗抗膜脂过氧化的能力,是对高温胁迫的一种适应性生理反应.
Six varieties of rice are treated with heat shock in an experiment which is aimed at measuring both the activity of peroxidase(POD) and the content of malonaldehyde(MDA) in seedling leaves of rice.The relation between POD and rices anti heat ability is studied in this experiment.Results obtained show that,under a high temperature,the activity of POD in seedling leaves of rice rises while the peroxidase isozyme band remains unchanged.The trends of both the increase of the activity of POD and the content of MDA are just opposite to each other.That is to say,when the former increases,the latter decreases,vice versa.From this,one point is clearly known that under a high temperature,the increase of PODs activity can raise rice seedlings ability of resisting the membrane lipid peroxidation.This is a physiological adaptation response to high temperature by rice seedlings.
