摘要
冲突消解是产品协同开发过程中一个很重要的问题。通过模糊算法计算相似零件的隶属度和贴近度来确定与之最贴近的三个样本零件,进而达到估算产品成本的目的。在估算完成后,系统计算其估算误差,通过误差的大小设定修改优先级来消除冲突,降低成本。以CNC机床协同开发中成本冲突为例阐述成本冲突消解方法。
Difficult problem for conflict resolution to cooperative design. Fuzzy mathematics is applied to calculate degree of membership and degree of close, and tree most similar parts are found out to estimate the cost of the product. In this process error of estimation is given to decide the part modified at first to resolve the conflict. In the research cooperative design of CNC machine is taken for example to illusion cost conflict resolution, and the system has been developed.
