摘要
通过理论计算CPR1000核电站大体积混凝土的温度和收缩应力,表明可以对其进行很好的控制,但混凝土由于自约束的作用,应变测试非常困难。通过一种特定的装置,现场测试实际混凝土的弹性应变,进而掌握混凝土的受力状态,从而为控制混凝土裂缝提供参考。
Through theoretic analysis, it can be estimated the concrete temperature and contraction stresses for CPR1000 nuclear power plant massive concrete pours. However, it is extremely difficult to model or measure the strains due to concrete internal self-restraints. This paper presents a practical method, which can fully understand the stress state of the concrete through measuring the concrete elastic strains by a specially engineered measuring device. The resulted information is used further to provide a basis for controlling cracking in the concrete.
