摘要
介绍了衰减全反射傅里叶红外光谱(简称FTIR-ATR)技术的基本原理和应用特点,对几种新型纤维的红外吸收光谱进行了测试,建立了各种新型纤维的红外光谱图谱库,分析了不同种类新型纤维的红外光谱特征峰,并结合纤维特征谱带及其特征频率与常用纤维进行了分析比较。测试结果表明:FTIR-ATR光谱技术从分子结构上科学地定性分析不同种类的新型纤维或同一纤维所用原料、加入单体不同等所引起的差异,具有样品用量少,操作简便、快速,测试灵敏度高,重现性好,测试结果准确可靠等独特优点。
This paper introduced the basic principles and application characteristics of FTIR-ATR,the infrared absorption spectrum of several new type fibers was tested.According to the experiment,it established infrared absorption spectral database,then analyzed the characteristic peak of infrared spectrum of different new type fibers,and analysed and compared with common fibers combined with characteristic spectra and characteristic frequency.The result showed that: FTIR-ATR qualitatively analyzed the different new type fibers according to molecular structure,or the differences of same fiber caused by raw material used,monomer added.It had unique advantages such as the dosage of samples,simple operation,high measurement sensitivity,good reproducibility,exact and reliable measurement.
