摘要
文章对企业搜集竞争情报中的伦理问题进行分析,探讨了伦理问题产生的技术根源、主体根源和法律根源,并提出相应的解决措施。
The issues involving attention as competitive intelligence is ethics in the activities of competitive the knowledge of ethics for competitive intelligence gathering have gained extensive applied widely and deeply. In the view of the fact, the paper tries to analyze on the intelligence gathering, depicts the root of ethics issues from information technique aspect, subject aspect and legal aspect, and puts forward the resolutions, looking forward to promote the healthy development of competitive intelligence.
